Placing an Order

Do you offer price matching?
Yes, we offer price matching under certain conditions. If you've purchased an item and the price drops before your order has shipped, we'll gladly match the new lower price. However, if your item has already left our warehouse, we're unable to match any reduced pricing. We strive to provide the best value, but please note that prices in this market fluctuate daily based on manufacturer guidelines.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over $99 within the contiguous United States.

Do you ship to international locations?
We ship only within the 48 contiguous United States. We currently do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawai, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

When will my order ship?
Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is received, except during holiday season delays, as we are closed on most major holidays. A signature will be required upon delivery to ensure secure receipt of your items.

When is payment due for my order?
Payment is required immediately upon placing an order to ensure prompt processing and shipping.

Do you offer financing options?
Yes, we offer financing through Affirm, allowing you to pay for your purchase in convenient installments.

 

Returns and Cancellations

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
If your item is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Promptly reporting the issue ensures a smoother and quicker process for replacement. If contact is made after the 24-hour period, the replacement process may take longer due to additional verification steps. We recommend checking your shipment as soon as it arrives to avoid delays.

What should I do if my item is defective?
If you believe your item is defective, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date. Our team will assist with troubleshooting to confirm any defects. If an item is sent back as defective but is found to be in perfect working condition upon inspection, it will not qualify as defective. In this case, a 20% restocking fee will apply.

To avoid unnecessary returns, please contact our tech support team for troubleshooting assistance before sending back an item. This step can help determine if the issue can be resolved or if a return is truly necessary.
